It’s from a selection of limestone-rich vineyards that surround Zuccardi’s Piedra Infinita winery in Altamira. Aged in concrete and 100% whole-cluster fermented to support the flavors, the texture is firm, but it’s also smooth and friendly. Floral and herbal aromas are everywhere, while the acidity continues leading it down a road of freshness and tension.
