Domaine Mongeard-Mugneret Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru Aux Boudots 2021 – is a distinguished expression of Burgundy terroir, crafted exclusively from 100% Pinot Noir grapes. The vineyard, part of a prestigious appellation covering 6 hectares, benefits from fine-textured clay loam soils layered over Bajocien limestone, which contribute to the wine’s depth and complexity.
The vines, averaging 30 years in age, are meticulously hand-harvested and hand-sorted, ensuring only the finest fruit is selected. Depending on the quality of the vintage, destemming is carefully managed to achieve the desired balance and structure.
