Palate: Chocolate fudge,white pepper, aromatic and sweet spices (cinnamon & toasted vanilla) cheesecake (filling & biscuit base) waxy orange, floral melon and spicy ginger. Finish: Floral and aromatic spice, peppery oak, melon and ginger, demorera sugar, dried apricot, white chocolate, rum truffles, liquorice sticks and fizzy sherbet.
